Session Timings & Order of Play Protocol
Each day during the tournament (with the exception of specific single-session stages and holidays), play is split into two distinct ticketing sessions:
AFTERNOON SESSION 12:30 GMT
Standard Format: 4 Matches (Usually 3x First Round, 1x Second Round in early stages).
Doors Open: 11:00 GMT via Palm Court entrance.
Approximate Conclusion: 16:30 – 17:00 GMT.
EVENING SESSION 19:00 GMT
Standard Format: 4 Matches (Prime-time seed matches and high-profile clashes).
Doors Open: 17:30 GMT via Palm Court entrance.
Approximate Conclusion: 23:00 GMT.
Notice on Match Timings: In professional darts, subsequent matches on the same session board start immediately following the conclusion of the prior match (typically after a 10–15 minute warm-up break). No match begins earlier than the published session start time, but individual match times cannot be fixed due to varying set lengths.
